Severe Service Specialist Inc. opened for business in March of 2005. While
the company may be fairly new, SSS owners and employees have many
years of combined experience in the industrial and municipal markets.
Through this experience, the founders saw the need for a company that
specialized in problem applications. They also realized the benefits of having
a sales team that is fully trained to service the products they promote. And
most importantly, we strive to build close relationships with our customers so
they know they can depend on us. This service oriented attitude, coupled with
our unrelenting desire to solve customer’s problems are what separates us
from competitors. Working closely with our manufacturers and having a large
inventory located in Birmingham Alabama allows us to get products on site as
quickly as possible. Our goal is to become an asset to your operation that
provides long-term solutions that will enhance productivity.

We understand that problems and needs don’t always occur during business
hours. Our outside sales team is available on their cellular phones or LINC
radios 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our office hours are 7:00 A.M.— 5:00 P.M. Central Time Monday through
Friday.

SSS currently services Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.
